USA RACQUETBALL ANNOUNCES AGREEMENT WITH WORLD OUTDOOR RACQUETBALL
Colorado Springs, CO -- USA Racquetball (USAR) announced today that World Outdoor Racquetball (WOR) has officially become part of USAR, effective October 1, 2017.

Pac-12 All-Century Team Recognition

Franklin "Bud" Held was just voted by Pac 12 Network a member of the All-Century Team for Pac 12 in Track and Field. He is also a member of the USA Track and Field Hall of Fame 1987, USATF (USA Track and Field) Masters Hall of Fame in 2005, the Stanford Hall of Fame (Year unknown) and the San Diego Hall of Fame (year Unknown).

Tisinger and Carson Slam the WOR Championships; Key wins twice

Rick “Soda Man” Koll was ranked #1 and red-hot in the men’s 3WallBall Outdoor Cup Series heading into the WOR Championships in Surf City this past weekend [ahead of NY’s Robert Sostre by a comfortable margin], but was gunned down by the eventual bracket champs [Carson/Ustarroz] in the quarters of the pro men’s doubles, along with partner Craig “Clubber” Lane.

Kevin List, In Loving Memory

Today the racquetball community lost a great one. We're sad to hear of the unfortunate passing of Kevin List. Kevin was a fixture in the S. Florida racquetball community. He was a true gentleman on and off the court, and will be greatly missed. Our deepest condolences to his family and friends. RIP brother. 

Franklin “Bud” Held- (88) Inducted into Hall of Fame

Franklin Bud Held, 88, racquetball's most famous inventor, innovator, visionary and founder of the oldest, ongoing racquetball company in existence today was selected to the prestigious, 2016 WORHOF Outdoor Racquetball Hall of Fame (HOF). Held is widely considered one of the sport’s greatest contributors. Held was voted in unanimously due to WORHOF due to “special circumstances” by the voting members and he joins Craig “Clubber” Lane and Marty Hogan in the class of 2016.

Thanks to WORHOF, WOR and the outdoor racquetball community, it is a distinct honor to announce the addition of one of racquetball's most famous players--Marty Hogan into the Outdoor Racquetball Hall of Fame. Marty Hogan joins Craig "Clubber" Lane in the legendary class of 2016. This talented group includes probably two of the hardest hitting players in outdoor history. Thus, the racquetball community has now officially and appropriately dubbed this class...the year of "Powerball."
